Troops sell for half their cost of deployment plus upgrades. Leveling Black Stache up does not affect the deceleration effect. The pornstache has become a trend that keeps coming back every few years. While the trend was then taken over by clean shaved men and then fuller beards back in the day. This effect makes enemy troops two times slower than they normally are. However the latest twist with the salt & pepper look is the new way to style this trend.
